AUSkey Technical Helpdesk

The AUSkey Technical Helpdesk provides the following help if you’re experiencing problems with your AUSkey:

  • general troubleshooting
  • answers to common error messages
  • live chat
  • a call back request option.

AUSkey software was updated on 26 May to expand and ensure compatibility of the service across browsers.

If you’re logging into your AUSkey for the first time since the May 26 update, and you’re a Mozilla Firefox or Google Chrome user, your browser extension will need to be updated to continue using the AUSkey service.
