Lost ‘download and install’ email

If you have lost the ‘download and install email’, or did not receive it, you can contact us and request that your email be re-sent. You will need to quote the reference number you received when you registered.

Standard AUSkey

Alternatively, if you were registering for a Standard AUSkey, you can ask an Administrator AUSkey user in your business to:

  1. log in to AUSkey Manager and select Cancel download under Manage AUSkeys - Awaiting download.
  2. register you for a new AUSkey under Register new AUSkeys.

Once you are registered again you will receive a new email with instructions on how to set up your AUSkey.
